Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized with an app that can save the maps of your home setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping options. You can also alter the suction power, and how much water your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate around rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These are essential features for my house, filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even raise its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets plants, a variety of small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is the highest power of any vacuum we've examined to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad that is more than 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also has an automatic vacuum and mop robot mop lifting system which will lift the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it to forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank, or change the dust bag every now and then.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its standard vac and Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being the fact that it's pricey. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very appealing choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuum and mop. We highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also has an app-based controller that is smart and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed very well across the entire home. It removed 98.4 percent of debris from all kinds of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed well, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as a strong dose cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for the mopping function and even dry its mop pads for you. It also has a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. Additionally it's not as adept at removing staining that is as strong as those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could buy however, its cost and constant maintenance will make it seem more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and get rid of dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac/mop combo comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. If you choose this feature however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot vacuums uk brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning products.

Like many robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map out a area and navigated around furniture.
